Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, Today I am returning to the U.S Post Office where I was Unlawfully
Arrested & my rights violated. Revisits & Follow Ups are so important to ensure that our rights will be respected and that the Police Department/Post Office has been properly educated. The City of Hagerstown has also offered me $12,500 to settle the federal lawsuit I was going to file against them. I took the settlement instead of fighting for years in court because it is the holiday season and I want to use a portion of this settlement to give back to this community and spread awareness on what their Police Department cost them!   9. I'm amazed that all these first amendment auditors are not talking about what they are actually doing for the average person. What the auditors are actually doing, instead of making others want to go exercise their rights, is that they are making these areas safe for the average person to be free to pull out their camera for any other reason that they wish without any fear to do so… (Short answer) . There's a lot more but I won't put it all here. But you should talk about those things more than just winning and exercising you're rights and pointing out bad actors.

  12. When you are offered a settlement, it is almost always a better thing to return a counter offer. You stay in honor and the counter becomes final in most cases.

  15. Request a follow up interview with the chief or the supervisor of those two officers that arrested you. It would be nice to hear if they were punished. Buy about 50 pocket sized booklets of the Constitution and send them as an early Christmas gift to the police department along wit h a box of donuts. You should hand out food or gift cards and as you hand these items to the people you tell them this is courtesy of the Hagerstown Police department for violating you civil rights!

  16. The pigs win yet again because they didn't have to go to court and admit IN COURT they violated rights. They pay with insurance and the tax payers money because they know the weakness in people who get arrested. The pigs are sitting back in their chairs laughing their asses off. Because they got away with it once again because of settlement. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT CAN MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE IS THE COURTS.

  18. I was literally sitting here at work thins evening wondering what I would do with that money. I was just thinking that you can go to the police department there in Hagerstown and ask them who in their community needs the money. Ask if there’s a food pantry and give money out there. I’ve seen videos where richer members of communities have had the police pull people over who are in really old and beat up cars or cars with a lot of kids in it and see if they will let you do a ride along and pull people over who looks like they need it then you can walk up to the cats, give them money, and wish them happy holidays. I was given money right before Christmas in Albuquerque one year when I went to a fast food restaurant where a lot of homeless beg. I had a begged ask me if I had any spare change. I told him I didn’t because I use cards for everything. I offered to buy the guy a meal and he said he was fine. This “homeless” man later came in and gave a bank envelope to everyone who gave or offered services. I opened up my envelope up and there was $600 inside! That’s another idea. I’ll also send you an email with these ideas.

I think you should give back to the community by going back to the that post office sometime the week of Christmas and pay for as many customers as you can by buying their postage stamps for Holiday cards, or packages/gifts they are mailing out to their families and loved ones across the world….and when they ask you why you are doing it then you can spread the message of “We The People”….

Why does it seem like your talking out the side of your mouth….they didn't admit anything and no one but the tax payers were held accountable and how many individuals are you planning to help with 12500.00…that lawsuit you settled on would have actually helped more than that one tiny community. So as much as you say your not doing it for money you sure settled huh
