  1. Guy was one of my go-to YouTube minipainters. Can't repay him enough. I learned a lot from his speedpainting videos. Fast forward 2 years. I'm teaching/helping people with painting minis.

Now he's my go to YouTuber on how to record superbe videos.

  2. Jesus loves you, God loves you. I want to tell you that you have the opportunity to have eternal life, that you can live in peace and love, if you only surrender your life to Jesus Christ. I hope you can gain faith, repent, and be baptized in Jesus’s name, especially before it’s too late to when Jesus returns. God bless you

  3. Now, I am not a huge fan of the "Other Channel" mentioned, but I think it is bloody sad that you have descended into name calling/"callouts" instead of focusing on your own good content. Extremely offputting tbh.

  4. What brush are you using for the edge highlighting? I use citadel brushes for most of my painting but I find them difficult to edge highlighting with, so I'm looking for recommendations for other bushes.

  5. This was amazing. The miniature looks amazing. Really like that you have ventured out and done new thing. 50 hours is an insane amount of time 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Hopefully you do more paint style series like the Black Stone Fortress or take a Kill Team or War Cry boxes and paint them in a series. Looking forward to the next video. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

  6. I would love to see you take on more challenges like this. But in different styles. Like getting the guys from cult of paint, or richard gray over to do some more volumetric style paiting. Anyway. Cheers, this one turned out amazing!

  7. Not sure I get the Squidmar joke. Squidmar has some of the most varied content and projects and some of the best production among YouTube creators in the hobby space. Feel like Midwinter Minis has been stagnating and doing the same old thing for a couple of years now.

  9. Guy, your brush looks pretty dry when you are doing the fine line highlights (you can tell because the brush drags a little more on the model, with slightly more friction). The highlights would be a little easier if you wet your brush, tap off excess water and then slide the brush across the color on the palette. A thinned paint (not runny) flows more easily, even (and especially) when doing fine lines (i.e. it's not just for surface areas!). Give it a try and great job on this model.
