  2. The 1st RE1 has a remake no need to go there. The people want a Code Veronica remake so give it to them. Yes Revelations 3 im all for it then RE9. RE6 could definitely use a remake but hold out on RE5 remake for a long time or not make one.

  3. Imagine getting all excited about RE:0 (or RE1) remake and Capcom makes a deal with Nintendo to make it an (1 year) Switch 2 exclusive, just like back in the day with the Game Cube …

  5. I could see a Resident Evil 1 remake for the 30th anniversary. I also think Code Veronica remake is coming soon. If they do make a 0 remake then they could make it a Wesker based trilogy…

  10. Picked this up on day 1 on the GameCube. 3 games come to mind when I just couldn’t put them down. RE4, Legend of Zelda OoT, and CoD MW4 (original one) all were games I just played right through and didn’t put down. Amazing games

  11. Im new gen RE fan. I can appreciate the older RE games but to me, the remakes are so much more fun to play

    If they did a RE 0 and RE 1 remake like how they did with 2, 3 and 4. I would be so here for it

  12. I dunno about Capcom not wanting new game’s associated with films, given they recast Ada in the RE4 remake for consistency with Welcome To Raccoon City. And there was definitely some toxicity around the decision when it dropped but I feel a lot of people came round after Separate Ways

    I feel like external factors are at play with the lack of RE announcements too, specifically GTA6. The whole AAA space wants to avoid clashing with & so Capcom could be sitting on announcements til there’s a concrete release date in place. GTA will probably have a massive influence on things like price point for AAA games going forward too, so they could be sitting off before locking cost strategies for upcoming releases

  13. if that's true i hope RE0R won't be held back graphically by the switch 2 hardware. not that i care that much about graphics but i still don't want it to look worse than RE4R- i'd be more okay with something like a Revelations 3 being tied to the switch 2

Bro my relative works in Capcom and he said Capcom don't have any plans on releasing any Resident Evil products in 2025 and 2026 but 2017 might be the year for RE9 release to replicate RE7 release year 2017 if they somehow it's finshed they are still developing because game's kinda complicated to make for sudden change in semi world to full open world
