Regarding trainer movesets, it seems like most trainers are packing level-up movesets, the thing is these are beefed up in RP. That Lv 39 Leafeon with Psycho cut? Learned that at Lv37. There's a few trainer classes (mainly ace trainers) that have customized movesets. It's possible to find those out by… hacking the game with DSPRE and looking up the trainers XD. It's my plan for my upcoming Victory Road run.
And Dry Skin is bugged? Wow. I swapped between Toxicroak and Houndoom a lot in Wake's gym and almost lost Doom to an Aqua Tail that I was sure Floatzel would never use vs Toxicroak, thankfully it missed. Now I understand why.
…On another note, did you need to do anything specific to get your RP save to work with Pkhex? I tried it and it didn't recognize the game, and minimal research told me it wasn't supposed to work with RP so I gave up.
