How do you get to the bottom? I have both if the power cells but i have no idea what to do with them. Very top of tower had samoflange but door was blocked
Damn. I never thought of that as every other lift shaft looks like a death drop. Also, I am glad I am not the only person who runs around with unspent trait points. I am usually hoping to earn a new trait that putting a level into straight away will be of benefit.

For some reason, I checked literally EVERY elevator in the game for a secret drop like this… except this one ~_~
