Why do pricks stand SO CLOSE to players?
One thing I am learning right now is about ball position. Sometimes you have to play the ball further back in your stance if it’s in heavy stuff, so you hit the ball first and not the grass. But that risks leaving the clubface open. In which case you need to really purposefully turn the club head over, use a strong grip, roll your wrists, turn your body, whatever it takes – or that thing is shanking off to the right.

I saw a pro dead top a middle iron years ago at the LA Open ( in Valencia ) – went maybe 30 yards lol.
Next shot was to 15 feet / made the putt – easy par 🤷🏼♂️
Hatton's shot is NOT relatable to me. Why? I can't hit a ball that good!!! 😅
