Refunds for Bonza customers not possible

Bonza has revealed it’s not possible for its customers to receive refunds.

It comes after Bonza’s small fleet was repossessed.

“Unfortunately, the administrators and/or the company are not in a position to process or issue refunds at this time,” Bonza Administrator Hall Chadwick said in a statement.

“We understand how frustrating this is, and we appreciate customers’ patience at this time.”

When it comes to Bonza’s staff, Qantas and Jetstar have offered available positions to them.

  1. Yes… The people of the regions are the ones suffering the loss of this service, while the people that seem to draw perverse satisfaction that they “knew it would fail” are relatively well served with travel options.

It seems the Business model is not as much to blame as the questionable funding source Mark Jordan ended up having to go with…

Hopefully if Bonza doesn’t get what it needs to keep going, the the constant stream planes full of profitable passengers we saw to places like here in Bundaberg will encourage a more robustly capitalised organisation take on the best of the routes…
