With the “Inner Light” mystery behind the colonists, I need to terraform Mars to my liking. Advanced materials are needed for my late game, meaning more refinement avenues are available.

Rain cancel dust storm warning.
I know this is a shorter video than normal, but my back was REALLY hurting this morning when I was recording. I'm feeling a little better, and will try to make up the time in a future video!
Building more Shuttle Hubs would be a good thing to improve the transportation of materials, especially since there will be no more dust storm.
Daycare costs and housing cost in Canada are similar or even higher with a much higher tax rate. Average income tax rate can easily reach 40%, so just about everyone is on a really tight budget and household debt is rising rapidly.
It is unsustainable and I am expecting a recession pretty soon.

The median income required to buy a home has skyrocketed in the past 10 years at a greater rate of increase than seen in a century…so it's not just younger generations being lazy as boomers like to gripe.
1500 a month for daycare? Wow! Even before the pandemic childcare business generated more infection than a Wuhan wet market on buy 1 get 1 free live bat sale day. So it must cost a lot to hire qualified infant/pre-K caregivers.
