There were questions on whether Ronwen Williams should have been given a red card in the Sundowns and Pirates encounter. Former referee Ace Ncobo believes that he should have whilst SABC’s Victor Hlungewani disagrees.

This discussion does not holding any water to me really we do not need these people who will say on Monday it was penalty but it doesn't change anything that happened already if this committee will be able to change the results yes carry on with them but if not why discuss all the errors of the weekend?

I'm happy this man has retired as a referee. He contradicts himself. Mdantsane deliberately sticks his foot on an oncoming boot and cries foul when he gets kicked. That ref was hardly fooled.
