Reed Richards Might become the BIGGEST Villain in the Entire MCU IF they follow the Ultimate Storyline with his character, because even though Reed is known as the smartest hero in the entire universe, in THIS one he goes through QUITE a bit especially once Magneto attempts to destroy the world to get revenge on the death of Wanda and Quicksilver. During this event known as Ultimatum, Franklin Storm, Reed’s father, unfortunately dies in the chaos and this causes a series of events that leads to the entire team breaking up and Susan Storm even rejecting Reed’s proposal. This leads us into the DOOMSDAY comic, name sound familiar? Where aliens invade earth and it’s revealed that Reed is working alongside them, leading to a huge fight between him and all of the heroes in the negative zone where his face his scarred pretty badly by Johnny Storm, finally killing off the last piece of Reed that cared about anyone here, as from here Reed creates a giant dome where time passes by faster inside, uses his stretching powers to enlarge his brain and puts on a new cool looking helmet, and he rules over this area like god for 900 years, before coming out ready to change EVERYTHING.

They are already going to adapt him, but instead if being Reed Richards, he will be Tony Stark! Simple 😀
Considering they cast Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards when they generally prefer to hire more c listers that are somewhat less known while often casting A listers as villains, while bringing back alumni RDJ, i could see the two switching sides halfway through. I think Reed will be corrupted and become the main villain in secret wars, while both Reed and Doom will die before the end.
I don’t blame Susan. Reed picked the absolute worst time for her to make a major life choice like that. Not to mention after her father’s death Reed abandons her in Ultimatum.

The fact he can just stretch his brain to increase his intelligence/brain power is terrifying.
The Maker is also among the pettiest characters in Marvel. If I recall correctly, he turned another Reed Richards into Ultimate Doctor Doom with brainwashing and torture simply because he'd asked that varient of Reed a hypothetical question of if he'd destroy him if he had the chance and he said yes.
