You're back. Still making reviews.
Well, I know I've learned something
0:45 Here’s something: Anastasia is a Disney film now, and Anastasia is a Disney Princess now because of Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox!
8:10 that sounds familiar, because this game was released the same year as Yuji Naka’s magnum opus Sonic the Hedgehog, and Yuji Naka was hired by Square Enix to make platformers, and Square Enix made more RPGs and not platformers. You heard me, Balan Wonderworld is a repeat of Fantasia Genesis's mistakes!
Hey, Kenny! How ya doing? I've just been playing X-Men Legends! Sick game!
16:03 Sound familiar? Sonic 06 and Balan Wonderworld were also rushed!
The biggest nail in the coffin for this game is that it was released the same year as the original Sonic.
Things improved with World of Illusion
You should use California Dreamin in your review of Balan Wonderworld during the conclusion
Hello kenny buddy sorry for late view as never got a notification. Fantasia is a terrible game and hated it when i had it. To be fair i thought the graphics were ok but what a turd of a game. The gameplay is terrible and to be truthfull it was more painful to play than sliding down a razor blade on my testicals. Great review and nice to see you again buddy 😊👍
Hoping you review the Hydlide series in one video
Can you add close caption subtitles?
Surprisingly, Sega was one year late in terms of the anniversary they were celebrating.
In your Balan Wonderworld review, mention how freaking slow the game is and that Yuji Naka is known for making fast-paced games, the Sonic series being the most well known, but other works of his like Nights into Dreams, Space Harrier, Burning Rangers and Rodea the Sky Soldier are also pretty fast, and that there are games of his like the Phantasy Star series and Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love, where it is required for you to take your time, but those are RPGs, and that Square Enix is known for creating more RPGs and not platformers.
Wow… my dream came true… a Rebel reviewing Retro games. God bless
While Fantasia makes you press down to jump on enemies, Castle of Illusion lets you press the jump button a second time for a more comfortable alternative to pressing down.
Sonic Origins did replace MJ’s songs, but the substitute songs are still somewhat good.
There are good Fantasia games. Do you know what they are called? Kingdom Hearts and Parodius!
The level design looks more like a run and gun game than a normal platformer
