But dark clouds gather over this beacon of hope. The European Commission, fearing the rise of an uncontrolled digital paradise, has enacted the Digital Space Governance Act – a set of regulations threatening to strangle the very foundations of Martian society. As bureaucrats prepare to extend their reach across the solar system, Musk and his devoted team must race to Mars.
