When i bought this wrecked 2019 aston martin vantage i didn’t expect it to be an easy repair, but when i heard that the dashboard has to be taken out using a crane things got so much more difficult. In this video i start assembling the front end that i managed to swindle from an aston martin race team.

You Are Just a Bad Ass Mechanic
One word: fantastic
3:22 song: peace and heartache by Martin Hall
God it's a big job
I get tired only to watch all of this on video… I cannot imagine do this in real life! hahahaa
Kin’el Mat you must be the bravest guy on the planet or the biggest idiot EVER! Your definitely NOT an idiot btw, the video’s are captivating mate. More power to your elbow, keep on keeping on…
Rolls Royce's have a similar type of dash. Have to use a crane to get it in. One heavy f*
More radiators than a 3 bedroom house
My god the price of that badge. I used to buy badges for an OEM and even if it’s metal it wouldn’t have cost more than £40. Amazing progress in one episode!
But Mat, surely fitting a finger in the gap means that fitment is OEM spot on!😂 NOT! Oh yeah, and when in doubt, upgrade…ALWAYS! HELL YEAH!
Your doing an awsome job im I've been messing around with cars for years and I'm not a qualified macanic I've built and rebuilt capris and American muscle cars for years and I'm now working on a porsche 944 I'm having trouble with some electrical problems mainly with part of the loom
I didn't you paint it again so it looks like a brand new car
It looks good to me
Fantastic
Why do I feel like you're shouting. Shouting seems so unnecessary.
Grate Grease Monkey! U Son. I have purchased a cat N fiesta titanium, stolen/ recovered from SYNETIQ ! Done a carvirical check & it's not showing that its been recorded so its BS
You need your own tv show/series, loving the content 👌
How do you get away with using banger music on your videos without getting a yt copyright takedown? Are UK laws substantially different than the US in this way?
Do you know all the torque setting for all the bolts ?
Mat, You Accidentally Told The 20” Wheels To Be 19 Inchers 🤪👍🏻
I work for Peugeot/Citroen and we sell a shit tonne of electrical connectors and fuses to companies that don’t even fuck with Peugeots 😂
The passenger air bag cut out is a precision laser cut aperture. I'm not sure that it can be repaired and still stay within spec.
‘Brand new second hand tie rod’ made me laugh 😂 loving this channel!
The marks on the air box, they would piss me off. Hope the clean off
I still didn't watch the M3 rebuild and sorry if it was explained there but how on earth it was cabriolet on pictures in Carvertical and ended as hardtop ?!
New hood and carbon parts are looking great. Hopefully the headlights is an easy fix. Keep up the good work.
Mat I hear you say you spent £600 odd on the carbon fibre part for the front end well did you know you could’ve got the cheaper version and then got a dip kit which you can use to recover literally anything, it’s just a solution and then the sheets of let’s say carbon fibre and you lay the carbon fibre pattern sheet on top of the solution and you slowly submerge you part onto the pattern sheet and into the solution and when you pull it back out it’s covered with the carbon fibre pattern and then you just let it dry it’s a bit like wrapping only part liquid form 👍 would’ve saved you a lot of money on that part alone
6:28 "….here a crash… there a crash….. everywhere a crash can… ol' Mat Armstrong had a farm….Ee-eye-ee-eye-O
Here in America we used to have a car company that seemed to use every car manufacturers parts the were called AMC. Seems like Aston Martin might be the AMC of Europe. Dude it's so cool that your old lady helps you with your builds.
Do you sell the stuff that you don't use? Like the glossy stock front splitter? Would be nice to see recouped costs on the blackboard as well
So many radiators 😁😁
How much did the Aston cost to buy ?
How do you keep up with all the parts….only Mat
