Felix Iβve just discovered something in the IFT-3 video, super heavy explosion was seen from starship, T+7:13, go back and take a look, itβs very quick
"We won't miss them, because they're in the way of our rocket", cracked me up. You're a nice guy, mate, in this medium, you're always a highlight reel to see. Thank you for all your efforts (team included), and the content. Get rich. You deserve to be wealthy, like all altruists π«‘ππ
Thanks Felix and Team. Awesome production and information. The efforts of SpaceX at Boca Chica to expand our Human story are truly inspirational. Cheers
Whoah … I'm excited … I'm flying from Australia to the US soon to scratch my rocket nerd itch and will be in Texas for the first week of June …. fingers crossed that IFT4 flies while I'm in the neighborhood!
I never understood why both SpaceX and Tesla donβt have solar panels on their buildings. They claim to be high tech and could get them at cost or close to it.
1:54 "Because you are HUGE and right in front of our rocket." π I was dying the way you delivered that sentence lol another fantastic update as always thanks Felix!
I don't understand why the grid fins are deployed during a launch? Surely this increases the drag of the rocket. Why don't they fold the grids down so that they are against the side walls?
i do not know why the last starship did not contain roll vents. or all 3 for that matter. i can't see this version making it back through the atmosphere in one piece, mainly due to the loss of tiles and or the lack of ability to stop the starship from rolling in low orbit. i dont think those tiny vents will be strong enough to stop the ships momentum. the engines might be a problem again re-igniting in space after engine out after a long burn. i would assume if the engines where re-lit sucessfully then it could quickly straighten itself up. π£π£π£π£
Licence very soon. What dickhead said that. Must work for those aviation thingy bob majiges, you know airplanes and such. No way hes talking about a space program.

The new design of Starship Version 2 reminds me of Elon Musk's suggestion that rockets should have a more pointed shape.

Can we see a satellite image per year since the move to Boca showing the growth?
1:30 minutes between commercials is excessive. Too much time spent clicking to skip.
Kathy Lueders should be investigated.
Thanks a lot.

And here I was thinking a German would appreciate SpaceX making a V2 rocket.
