  1. So I'm not happy with how this vid turned out, I was exhausted from my day and not ready for this to drop. I feel my enthusiasm really doesn't come through here but the editor put in some last minute work to put this together and I didn't want to waste that. Also, editor cut out my reaction to the samurai armour for some reason! That's probably one of the elements I was most excited about! I'll be picking up the super ultimate mega premium edition.

  2. I dont like the things in this deluxe and premium editions either. But this time around, I ain't buying. Especially since the base game will already be $70 usd anyways. Mh is one of those rare few games I think is actually worth that price, but its still pushing it for me.

  3. Considering this is my first time experiencing a brand new MH game as a new hunter getting into the franchise, I will save up and get the ultra deluxe edition. Very excited to be able to play with more people and not be locked under just PC.

  4. Ok i got two things to bring up warning the 2nd one is a bit of a rant.

Ok first thing love it how anjanath was revealed through a wingdrake mimicking its roar.

And the 2nd thing i called out the dev team on the video over i think 14 hours ago now about that leviathan monster having attacks while it goes underwater and asked them to give me a solid and concrete reason why lagiacrus won't come back this time knowing they can most likely help out its underwater lightning attacks in the manner this leviathan does some of its attacks cause that was the last reason lagiacrus couldn't get brought in during sunbreak and they yet to get me an anwser

  5. By the time I checked in I was aware of the new Wilds trailer dropping at about the same time as Sony's "State of Play", but I watched it through the latter.

And that new Amatsushi river monster doesn't look bad. Wilds really has a weird visual style for its native species, but we shall see how they fit with the classics.

Now if you compare Wilds to World, simply think of this as being comparable to the MHW "Rotten Vale" trailer. Expect maybe 2 more trailers prior to launch. (Remember, MHW's last pre-release trailer was the "Elder Dragons" trailer revealing Teostra and Kushala.)

  6. Still not sure what to think about this game, hoping I'll enjoy it unlike World. From what I'm hearing they are fixing some of the problems I had with World, but then again that one area gave me Ancient Forest vibes and I'm just…ugh. lol

  7. are u for real man ?? u thought they would just release one trailer b4 end of february ?? i was expecting it, and the marketting is done like for alll previous MH, we will have a trailer each month , one revealing a new locale or /and village and then a bigger one who will show some mobs os this region … you can expect at least 8 trailers for sure….

  8. Hi Jay. ๐Ÿ™‚ I've been watching for about a year and love seeing you have fun with these games. My advice would be to abandon the "World/Iceborne Rise/Sunbreak do all quests" pledges. If you focus on getting GU done you'll experience the most new content and you'll be less burned out when Wilds drops. You can use the other pledges as filler when we have to wait for the Wilds expansion. Take them at a more convenient pace.

Take care of yourself and happy hunting!

  9. Jay: I expect wilds to come out in like April/May so they will only reveal it at TGA

Me: Nah Jan-March, we got Quarterly Financial Reports telling us they expect a 10% increase in profits from last fiscal year, they could reveal it around TGS Capcom is there biggest supporter, it depends purely on which of those three months they intend to release it.

Cacpom: Trailer 2 days before TGS, reveals release date, Feb. 28, 2025

    Me: ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    Jay: ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  10. This be the final trailer? No way, that's a silly idea. The reveal date is shown waaaaaaay before they stop showing new trailers. The final trailer will be the launch trailer. Trailers are marketing and it would be odd to stop marketing the game six months prior to release.

  11. O wait, the beard's real!
I thought it was CGI by Mr editor!

Btw, if I'm not mistaken, TGS is where Capcom first revealed Monster Hunter World
My understanding is TGS is basically their home base show
But then again, they didn't show anything at TGS last year and choose TGA instead
