  1. Even if baegent is the guy you still keep fields until you build protection around the new qb. Literally every franchise who csrwa for development builds a foundation for their young qbs.

Bears fans suck. Youre the reaspn we suck. You guys support mediocre management and yall have mediocre solutions.

  2. I knew people would lose their damn minds to this Bagent sh!t.
The Bears played a piss poor run defense who had no film on their opposition's QB.
Not to mention, Getzy's offense with his 'ideal' personnel? Color me unimpressed. The same sideline passing B.S. that stifled Fields' ability ain't gonna beat anybody good. Nothing downfield, and all the complexities with the blocking schemes and reading of defense? All for 162 yards passing?
Whatever the Bears decide to do with Fields, I'm ready to move on from Getzy,.. and Eberfluke.

  3. Glad for the win! This should serve as further proof Fields is not NFL caliber. Bagent still has a ton to prove. Bears need to pick a QB round one and see who rises. There is enough talent on the bears to be a good team with a good QB.

  4. Funny how as soon as Justin is out the defense finally steps up and allows the offense to actually stick with the run and have a balanced attack. Justin should not come back until he can make all the throws. If he comes back early and he throws INTs it doesn't help the team and it doesn't help Justin prove himself. Bagent played well, but unlike Justin for most of his career thus far, he wasn't playing from behind all game thanks to the defense. Bagent played well, but he threw for 162 yards. This is not a QB controversy. Teams are scared of Fields. They game plan to stop FIelds. Nobody is scared of Bagent lol. Let's see Bagent lead the team from behind when they can't run the ball and they need to throw and the defense knows it. Just like it's been for Fields his whole career.

  5. Aside from penalties, I can count the number of negative offensive plays on one hand. Bagent and the offense stayed ahead of the sticks and converted third downs. I'd support Fields if he could simply do that.

  6. JF1 had this exact same game with twice the yardage and everyone was crying he didnt throw down field…click based media sucks I like Bag but cmon dude cant throw a short hail mary. next 2 weeks will be real test

  7. Typical overreacting fans and retired bears players. It’s the raiders, this isn’t a top 10 nfl team and bagent didn’t throw one deep ball. This game plan would’ve got destroyed by a real defense and coordinator.

  8. One game. Commands an offense. It's a West Coast style that didn't test the raiders deep really. 29 attempts less than 200 yards. Shane Matthews level type gameplan. O line was really good today. Just a ball control style offense that manages T.O.P. the ceiling here is mediocre. Cause he doesn't have a big arm. Teven Jenkins deserves a second contract. Not many Penalties shooting the team in the foot.

  9. 9:43 Fields has back to back 4TD games. One of which the defense blew a big lead. DJ Moore had one of his best games EVER as a pro. Getsy can call a conservative game against a Raiders team that isn't good. They got big help from a defense that forced three turnovers. The running game was effective as hell. As a football team they were just better today. The QB didn't cost you the game and managed what was a run power offense against a bad raiders team. Getsy showed what he's good at as a playcaller, but clearly isn't the type of offensive guy that'll outsmart a good coach. Raiders don't have great coaching. They won, and it means very little in the grand scheme. Bagent's poise, command are respectable, but his ceiling is damn near touched. It's wild how y'all will take this bland offense that'll definitely get exposed against a better football team. And expand upon it like, let's stack some wins…DJ Moore having 8 catches for 54 yards won't win you a lot of games. This Oakland team had Crosby but it had zero at QB, and one of the worst coaches in McDaniels leading them. Y'all hype about this? Intrigued by this. If Bagent plays NO this Sunday. The outcome is going to be massively different.

  10. Nice to have a QB with pose abd confidence in the damn pocket. Someone not trying to force or rush schemes. Justin field of vision is getting worsr has time goes on. I was all for guven him chances but 3 years in…with all the WR and TE weapons and he cant pull it together. His time is done

  11. Fields only wants to hit homeruns, working the ball down the field is never on his script… And albeit he is probably the best athlete on the field every single time he is out there but at QB if he can't read the defense then he can't play QB…

  12. Everybody cool out. The man had 162 yards passing. Now I really like a Qb like that for Chicago but make no mistake about he is no Pat Mahomes. I have to at least see the deep ball first.

  13. Last year was Justin’s first year in the new office… It was their first year as head coaches and other coaches for the staff that has very few wins but is also very hungry for the first victory… And you can tell the anger and frustration… There is so much more physical than San Francisco… That’s what I see, go Bears!!!!!
