  4. Vrabel appears to embody stability and culture BUT our biggest issue as it’s been since I’ve been alive..offense. What’s Vrabels plan to address the offense? THAT is just as important as shifting the culture from the SOJ.

  6. Rex Ryan learned valuable lessons from his time as being a head coach he's not going to make the same mistakes I think you're 100% correct who's his offensive coordinator who was the general manager those are key questions but I'm on the Rex Ryan bandwagon and I'm a 40-year Jet fan I agree the core group of players are under contract and there's no need to clean the Slate

  8. Hi! I believe someone asked about getting back into playing a brass instrument on the chat? Here are some steps.

    1. Focus on your warm up- Start your playing day with 10-15 minutes of long tones, 3-4 note slurs, single tongue exercises and high range exercises modified to your level! I recommend the Remington warm up, but start at your pace.

    2. Find a local community band- get involved with a local band, and try to read music on a weekly basis and build your lip muscles back up.

    3. Find pieces of music that inspire you. For me, I have a few euphonium solos that I've played this year at conferences, and I love NFL themes and NFL film music.

Hope that helps! Check out my channel if you want to hear some ideas!

  15. he didn’t get a second chance there is a thing called second chance or actually there’s a thing called a third chance third chance is out. This is only a second chance. he’s getting up and age, though I see him retiring after next year. ❤❤

  16. he plays very good and I see Aaron saying with the Jets the guy that last talk is a delusional guy, but not trusting him❤❤ if they just want them to not play, I think they put them on a coach position my own opinion, but I am glad he’s playing with the Jets cause the Packers didn’t want him. They kicked them out the door like a piece of garbage.❤❤

  24. Sorry guys I just don't understand all the love for Vrabel. Not a fan of him as our next coach. And why are we looking at more Titan cast aways , Carter is a joke and Downing has been ok at best. No to Vrabel and Robinson as GM. Keep up the great work Jake and Richie 👍
