  1. Hello again Ryan another fun week

I'm pretty excited for the James Cameron 4ks which is kind of a big deal because Disney's releasing them so I hope they do good just so we might get more stuff like it.
Out of all of them I'd say True Lies I'm most excited for although I'll probably buy all but the avatars I'm never been interested in those. However as you said I am a bit nervous because of that T2 4K

My top 5 Jamie Lee Curtis very horror heavy but it would probably go

    5. Terror Train
    4. Halloween Kills
    3. Christmas with the Kranks
    2. Halloween 2
    1. Trading Places

Other couple of favorites of Jamie Lee Curtis I got to mention The Fog, Prom Night, Mother's Boys , Blue steel, H20, True Lies, Road Games, Freaky Friday and a fish called Wanda . I also really love the my girl movies but I know those aren't like necessarily Jamie Lee Curtis heavy but yeah . Such a massive fan of hers across the board.

I am 100% a CD guy always have been since forever probably since I was a kid with cassettes and I still buy CDs all the time. All my favorite bands whenever their new album comes out I buy it on CD. I'm not really a vinyl guy when I buy vinyl it's usually the Joe Bob Briggs vinyls cuz that's the only way to get them also scores I really like scores on vinyl and some soundtracks but that's really it I'm not a vinyl guy. I do have a turntable, I do have a great stereo that plays all formats pretty much accept eight-track.

I'm so excited and ready for the Severin Black Friday sale and especially the vinegar syndrome sale as always!

I totally get it I've personally ended up liking many movies later on but originally not liking them much . But like you said there's many factors maybe you weren't in the right mood , maybe it just wasn't the right time, or even a big one life experience.

My brother and I grew up and love Abbott and Costello I think he even loves them even more then I do he also loves The Three stooges as I do too but we're way more familiar with Abbott and Costello movies then the show.

I've said this before and I absolutely love a Blade Im The Dark and the vinegar syndrome 4K is amazing of course one of my absolute favorite Italian movies and Vinegar Syndrome Releases.

I'm absolute massive fan of the actual Amityville horror movies and I think you know what I mean because the new ones to me are just stupid and have nothing to do with these they're not canon obviously.
The original Amityville horror is an all-time favorite! I like it more than the remake although I like the remake. I like pretty much like/love all of the real ones and I don't consider anything that's been made in the past few years they have nothing to do with these and it's stupid and I hate it and actually annoys me being such a big Amityville fan because those are not real Amityville movies. It's like they just slap a medieval on it and release something, sorry for the rant lol absolute favorites are the original ,2 and Amityville 1992 it's about time but really I as I said like and love the whole True series . The only one sense the remake that I consider kind of in there would be Amityville Awakening and Amityville murders.

When it came to 88 films replacements for me they never answered but I still got the replacement disc.

No Way Home from Severin I thought it was so good!

I am a HUGE found footage guy. Some of my absolute favorites would be the Blair witch project , V/H/S 99 , Deadsteam (I love so much and I'm so glad I discovered it this year) , as above so below, unfriended , the Poughkeepsie tapes, [rec] ( I've always called it record cuz I have kind of have a pet peeve with that because everybody calls it reck because I see it as record like on a VCR or video camera like in movie, even with a VCR I've never heard anybody say reck with that ,it was record sorry a pet peeve lol) anyways so many great found footage movies that I love I really like that documentary on shudder as well.

I do like the idea of people getting out of their comfort zone with certain movies , I get the not everybody is like me for sure because I don't really have many that would be considered that so it was hard for me to come up with something because I'll essentially watch anything , it's very rare that I get uncomfortable with too much myself but again I get it, and it's not like I've always been like that of course over time stuff gets easier. If I picked a few I would say Kids, American History X, cannibal Holocaust, the August Underground movies , I spit on your grave, Videodrome, Lords of Chaos , and I've literally had maybe had one or two people agree with me with this because everybody hates it but Dr jekyll's dungeon of death I will die on that island I love that pile 😁 maybe I'm going to extreme I don't know. And personally I do get subtitles to a degree for certain people especially if they have a hard time focusing on the movie and the subtitles at the same time . Again I'll still watch anything myself but I really have to be in the mood to watch subtitles personally but I would never not watch them because you're going to miss out on so much great stuff. I'm not referring to myself when it comes to being able to focus on both, I have heard from some say that though. I get with some people the Rudy Ray Moore movies but I personally love them . My favorite out of the four of those is human tornado ! I just re-watched all four from vinegar syndrome again and I love them so much lol the human tornado trailer is so hilarious because it just keeps repeating the title 😂 I love dolemite is my name! And Petey wheatstraw is definitely a what? movie for me lol so good 😂 I do really like also what Dell mentioned about certain genres if you're not too keen on them there is bound to be something that you might like . I ALSO LIKE THE TRY TO BE OPEN MINDED, VERY IMPORTANT! Sorry I was working it out for myself as you could tell lol

Another absolutely great week sorry for my rants whether they're agreed upon or not it's just my own silly opinion which everybody has and that is perfectly fine in my eyes 😁

I am so ready for next week with all the great Thursday stuff along with Vinegar Syndrome Black Friday sale and Celeste being on I am so excited and ready 💙😊

  2. I don't understand why no one calls out Eli Roth on his sexist view that women are scared of horror. His "chick vision" crap on that Cabin Fever dvd was pretty insulting. Especially for someone who has never seen a movie that has scared me in my entire life. I must also say that, he had nothing to do with Cabin in the Woods. I'm sure Dell meant to say Cabin Fever but I don't want anyone here thinking Eli directed that because Cabin in the Woods is actually a really good movie that I can't see him being able to pull off

  3. That comment someone wrote about spending the rest of your life rewatching films you’re supposed to like is silly in my opinion. I think mood and alot of factors can effect a viewing experience. I’ve often felt differently revisiting a film. I think you are missing out if not giving things more views. Also great show as always Ryan, and another really good guest. I’ll go check out his channel.
