  1. I like Eos chasma a little better, it's a bit more expensive but it can be worth it late for 3-5 points if it gives you enough for a greenery and its worth it at. Its a bit worse early but Noctis can rarely be used late.

Open city would probably be a C a for me, it's a steel dump but nothing else, basically unplayable for cash. So it feels very situational

  2. Nuclear Zone is S Tier for me. In the early game, its one of (if not the) best and most relaible cards to pick up heat bumps and gives decent developpement for the cost. Not to mention the rebaits. I think 4 MC worth of credits is easy to get. so its essentially a good tile that not only gives great value but also denies your opponents the same value. The earth tag makes it also a good combo piece with many strong corps and development cards.
In the lategame its still amazing to pick up the ocean or portaling or denying a good spot from your opponents., at least 4 mc worth.
Overall just a super flexible card, with very little to no scenarios in which it doesnt provide great value. Im always thrilled to see in the draft.
Maybe not gamebreakingly strong, but top 5 in my books.

  3. I agree with mostly everything, only thing i slightly disagree is noctis farming, i would put it in b tier since even if its not usefull for you, it has many cases where its usefull for your opponent so you cant just skip it instantly like some other c tier cards
