This seems like a sequel to the found footage zombie movie Rec. That apartment referenced in the news and by the government disease guy is probably the same apartment Rec takes place in. This sequel also has a similar sequence of events as Rec.
Is this the everyone do whatever they want plane? Feeding cats and trying to stuff carnivorous hamster in the overhead storage, men having a go at eachother before take off like its their own personal do whatever you want plane.
