RAPIDS is a special operations forces tactic for quickly inserting and removing personnel into and out of an area This joint special operations forces exercise is a Joint Force training planned and executed by Special Operations Command Europe. The exercise is designed to enhance interoperability between U.S. SOF components in support of deterrence and defense operations in Europe.
