  1. Bear Bryant never walked those sidelines. Commonwealth Stadium, later called Kroger Field was opened in 1973. It replaced Stoll Field which was at the other end of campus. Which was built in 1919. That is where teams coach by Bryant 1946–1953 played.

  2. The Gators need to fire the OC, wait a minute……………. I said at the start of the season 6 wins if they are lucky., would lose DJ Lagway and company next year.

  3. Florida needs to admit UK is a good team and not think of them as Vandy. We have sent more people to the NFL than UF has the last few years. We develop athletes and while we don't recruit at the level UF does…. We send 3* kids to the nfl. Deone Walker was the freakiest athlete on the field and Ray Davis did what UF did to us for 30 years.

  4. High caliber players = High caliber results…Only if there is High Caliber Coaching…Players look disconnected..No sense of urgency…Play calling…If it does not work stop doing it. Start Etienne before Johnson for fast starts…

  5. See I disagree I think Graham is the the problem everything's check down to the closest man if you don't stretch the field you'll never win a game everybody's hanging out at the line of scrimmage waiting on it's like they don't even try to win

  6. I guess Trey Wilson didn't play yesterday because Billy is saving him for the BIG game against Vandy??

How does a "detail and process guy" like Billy, field such unprepared teams??

  7. Before you give Nick to much credit, BOTH Nick and yourself bragged about Austin Armstrong, you bragged about Graham Mertz, and some said just be patient. P.S. how the hell are you giving Mertz a pass on this, that's ridiculous.

  8. You win in the trenches, not with skill / speed guys. Ray Davis has plenty of skill and speed, but he gave credit where it is deserved, "The Big Blue Wall". Also, the Florida coach complained about the noon starting time. Really? UK didn't seem to have a problem with it. Napier should be addressing why he is running the ball on 4th and 2 when UK has already proven you can't run against them.

  9. As a lifelong Gator fan and Catholic, that game was like the grisly spectacle of ancient Christians fed to those big ferocious cats. It was SO heart breaking to see such a holocaust. If Napier could have just thrown in the towel, it would have been merciful. It will take a "miracle" to resurrect these lifeless and moribund "Christians."

  10. Love it! UT's whipping child gets it done again! I just don't get why my Vols can't play worth a lick against UF while it's easily UF's best performance of the year, every single time. I mean, look what it took for us to win last year. It's like we have to have a team for the ages and UF just has to show up and they still get all the breaks, all the calls.. That's why I'll always love my Vols and any opponent the Gators are playing.

  11. They have one of the greatest offensive coordinators of all time right down the hall. He also wears a visor. Bily might want to have a few meetings with that guy.

  12. florida is the worst team in the sec. UT losing to that team was coaching malpractice and typical tenn in the swamp. That win was fool's gold and not because tenn is bad. Napier and his juvenile staff are an absolute joke.

  13. Mertz has descent games, but the times where need him to make a momentum type play (his overthrow to a wide open Douglas in the 1st Qtr and not being able to hit the hot/outlet routes on blitzes) ends up being the difference in these games where we need to seize momentum

  14. Going 1-7 on the road is a "habit" that is forming (right in front of our eyes) for Napier & his coaching staff in the Orange & Blue.

And Graham Mertz was leading the "pass completion % in the SEC" because he predominately "throws to his RBs" (check down receiver & only an extension of Napier's running game), and Graham does NOT "THROW RECEIVERS OPEN" downfield. So I beg to differ with these fellas on Mertz.

I saw it, specifically, on a play when ESPN showed us "an end zone shot" on a Montrell Johnson catch. Ricky Pearsall was running to (the right side) end zone in single coverage (wasting his time).

  15. I sat right behind the bench and yesterday was pathetic. Offense at 1 end of the bench, defense on the other. There was no team support, no fire, no intensity. Defense came off the field and sat on their end then the offense came off the field and sat on the other end. UKs bench was pumped up and cheering on their teammates while we sat and watched an ass whooping. I still don't understand what the hell we were doing yesterday.

  16. I really want Billy to be the guy, but if you can’t win on the road and can’t fix these debilitating penalties that KEEP HAPPENING I’m not sure if he’s cut for this stage.

  17. This should not surprise anyone. Napier couldn't win with the 4th overall pick in the NFL draft as his quarterback last year! Haven't been impressed with him since day one. Mistakes, penalties, predictable, etc. Time to move on and the sooner the better. Call Urban Meyer or a proven winner.

  18. Kentucky is a better program than Florida. Florida used to be miles above Kentucky but not anymore. Those other teams that you believe are more physical than Kentucky, well, I believe that you are in for a big surprise. The interception that you said was a drop, well I would love to see any receiver hang on to a pass after being crushed by walker so hard that the receiver flew into Keaton Wade with enough force to put Wade flat on his back.
Leary went 9 of 19 for 69 yards. Of the 10 incompletions 6 were drops that should have been caught by Key, Brown, and Dingle. Two were tipped at the line and one was a hit as he released the ball.

  19. Billy Napier will never admit he can't call a game. Stoops was brilliant all game long with his calls. Florida needs a new AD to clean house from top to bottom. It is going to happen sooner or later and it needs to be sooner.

  20. The Great Billy Ball Experiment is Over,Done,Finished and Dead in the water. Enough is Enough. It’s time to bring Kerwin Bell back to Florida Field and give him his justly deserved shot at bringing this program back to we’re it should be. Just like another Great UF Quarterback (SOS) once did. Let’s get it done Gator Nation!
