  1. I can’t help but be a little sad that Rainbow Road feels a bit different. The more grid like design loses a bit of the OG charm and they add a lot of extra guard rails where the OG has very few guards from falling.

That being said this has always been and remains my favorite Mario Kart course

  2. Craziest thing about the fact that there’s not a single Luigi track in the game is that the BCP gave us TWO daisy tracks two Waluigi tracks, and two DK tracks (on top of the one we already had in the base game) Why tf couldn’t we get Luigi’s Mansion? 😂

  3. Kinda sad about the Daisy Circuit ranking. I'd honestly rank it B since it's a really good track. It's simple but like sometimes a good Mario Kart track is just all about the simplicity and vibes. It's why nearly every other circuit track in the series pales in comparison to Daisy Circuit, like the SNES ones don't have a distinct identity or a good vibe or music to lift it up.

Plus sometimes simple tracks with good aesthetics are effective enough, like Rosalina's Ice World is more crazy with its layout but because of that it's also the second worst track in this entire game next to Sky High Sundae

  4. Now we need a tier list of all the rainbow roads in the game lmao. The Wii one is better than ever and the anti gravity physics make taking shortcuts super fun. Same with Pirahna plant cove, u can cut off entire turns by flying over them underwater, great wave.

  5. This is possibly the best wave, maybe it’s just beaten out by wave 3, but there isn’t a single track I dislike in this one.

I’d probably rank all of them:
S – Wii Rainbow Road, Piranha Plant Cove, Madrid Drive, SNES Bowser Castle 3
A – Rome Avanti, Daisy Circuit, Rome, DK Mountain
    B – Rosalina’s Ice World

  6. I was most excited about DK Mountain and Rainbow Road this wave. They kind of made both a bit too easy. Still, I'm glad they're here and they're familiar enough to where I still enjoy them a lot.

  7. Unreal man…just so unreal. They really doubled the course amount from 48…to 96. They truly knocked this one out of the park too! Anyways without further fanfare, my final tier list with all 48 Booster Courses.

S – Ninja Hideaway, Kalamari Desert, Sydney Sprint, Maple Treeway, Peach Gardens, 3DS Rainbow Road, DK Summit, Yoshi Island, Bangkok Rush, Singapore Speedway, Daisy Cruiser, Moonview Highway, Vancouver Velocity, Rome Avanti, Madrid Drive and SNES Bowser Castle 3.

A – Paris Promenade, Coconut Mall, Shroom Ridge, Waluigi Pinball, Mushroom Gorge, Rock Rock Mountain, Berlin Byways, Amsterdam Drift, Waluigi Stadium, Athens Dash, Squeaky Clean Sprint, Los Angelas Laps, Koopa Cape, DK Mountain, Daisy Cruiser and Wii Rainbow Road.

B – Choco Mountain, New York Minute, Snow Land, Sky-High Sundae, Boo Lake, Merry Mountain, Riverside Park, DS Mario Circuit, Piranha Plant Cove and Rosalina's Ice World.

C – Tokyo Blur, London Loop and Sunset Wilds.

    D – Toad Circuit.

F – Sky Garden and SNES Mario Circuit 3.

MAN IT EVEN FELT EMOTIONAL RANKING THESE FOR THE LAST TIME!! AHHH THIS GAME IS TRULY PHENOMENAL DUDE!! This is my final ranking of this game.

(Side Note: I caught wind that y'all may do a 96 track tierlist and I will absolutely be commenting my tier list for that!)
