Of course havoc is shit.
I think tier set bonuses not being interesting or meh is fine. It's not really meant to be crazy interesting, its just meant to be a sense of borrowed power throughout the raid tier. Making them just small buffs in power makes it so they can balance classes more effectively.

You could have shown a graphic of the setbonus while talking about it. It would have made it a bit easier to follow. Also you follow a different order than the tierlist is showing on the screen.
I think frost mage is quite good. Mainly for m+ aoe, but it is a 70% flurry boost over an ability that represents 10-15% total dmg. So without considering 4piece set, is is already a 8-11% dmg boost on aoe. 20% dmg on frost bolt nothing sick but not too bad for st
I think you missed something with aff. It buff damage taken by target which means all damage taken not just lock damage
alright, in my opinion:
1. For WW 2 sets, RsK is not in AOE rotation for WW, Rsk is a single target spell and right now we have to use it to trigger a "proc chance" from 2 sets bonus? i think its a dps loss compare with if i use a normal spender such SCK & BoK
2. I could use Rsk for WDP, but only use Rsk when WDP is off cd. Still not worth i think, because of proc chance and WDP value is not as good as SCK & BoK
3. WW 4 sets based on auto attack, you know WW haste is the lowest stats priority and also doesn't get big value from Windfury totem .
The disc priest tier set bonuses are absolute garbage.. don’t give them another thing that they micro manage and they kind of contradict one another. At least in raid because you’ll want to save/hold that 3rd penance and extra 5 second shadow cov during your ramp.. honestly so devastated I’m going to re-roll resto Druid.
So elemental shaman is very good in 10.1 patch?

I think there should be a clear demarcation. BM has strong pets. MM has strong guns and bows. Survival has the strong hunter. Boosting Kill Command the focus generator sounds like a BM tier set.
On any parse, Kill Command is like the 13th or `14 rank damaging ability for survival. Why would we want the damage buffed for a filler focus generator?
People who don't play Survival hear bombs and give them more credit than they deserve because of 1 OP tier set in Shadowlands.
I think the Survival tier set is below meh and forces you to go down the side of the class tree that every survival hunter ignores currently.

Sorry mate but seeing the ww set at the top is very disturbing. The usefullness of the 4pc is zero, absolute garbage. WW has the least auto-attacks of all melee classes. Having both the 2pc and 4pc bonuses stuck behind a lroc chance makes it even worse. Overall absolute dogshit tier set, considerably worse than current.
Next time when you do video like this consider it to show the bonuses written…i think would make the video better instead of just one picture and listening to you speaking…people lose their atention after a while
Seen this pop up ALOT, but im just going to reiterate: Im ranking these based off how COOL or FUN they sounded upon me first reading them. Are some of the ones i ranked highly just actually really bad for the class? Oh totally, but the ones i ranked higher are the more creative ones, the ones that made me think they were cool when i read them. it DOES NOT mean they're good for the spec or a strong tierset, its MUCH too new to rank based on those, and changes will happen. DO NOT take this as a power ranking at all
Grimoire Felguard is 2 minutes with the Buff to Reign of Tyranny that will become the a go to talent making it a 1.5 Minute CD. The 2 piece will reduce the CD enough to pair it with Tyrant ramp playstyle since Reign of Tyranny is the new version of the old Demonic Consumption a little less powerful but with its new buff in 10.0.7 it will be good again.
What makes this pairing really Sick is being able to sync these 2 CDs looks to do this. Tyrant will extend Grimoire Felguard by 15 seconds making him last 32 seconds every 1.5 minutes and buffs him as well. The Grimoire Felguard appears like it will buff your Tyrant by 20% making them work really well together every 1.5 minutes.
