From the very beginning, the God of War franchise has been known for delivering some of the best boss fights you’ll ever experience in video games, from thrilling set pieces of epic scale to grueling fights that put all of your skills to the ultimate test. God of War Ragnarok is coming soon, and the hope is that it will continue that tradition (and based on what we’ve seen of it so far, it certainly seems like things are shaping up that way).
Before we dive into its offerings, however, here, we’re going to take a look back at all the major boss fights across all God of War instalments and rank them from worst to best- although there aren’t really any “bad” God of War boss fights, so it might be more accurate to say we’re ranking them from decent to spectacular.

Missed opportunity in not pointing out that Perseus is pulled directly from 1981's Clash of the Titans. They even got Harry Hamlin to do the voice.

Honestly I'm surprised that I beat Sigrun in one go compared to the other Valks. The one on the top of the tower and the maze area are the ones tortured me a lot. Anyway, I really love GOW-3. Probably way better than the Gow2018.

NGL, i don’t even remember the Theseus fight but the Perseus boss fight was one of my favorites in the series.
Still to this day no other games did bosses as epic as god of war did. Well…. At least in my opinion

Nowadays since that almost every game get's a remake or a remake i would love for playstation to redo the god of war collections a remake. It doesn't need to be a full remaster (even if that would be even cooler) but like a texture upgrade with 60fps that you cpuld play on ps5/4 would already be totally awesome. I really love this series. Every single game of it.
