HOW DID YOU NOT GET HIT?
The biggest reason why I love Pest-Thread Spears is because they're the ultimate counter to the Furnace Golems. Instant stagger everytime.

It's genuinely baffling that Minor Erdtree isn't just the incantation that Melina uses when you summon her for the Morgott fight. Massive missed opportunity.

The balancing of basically all weapons and spells in this DLC is horrid. It’s like From Software considered playtesting, and then went “nah, it’s fine”.
Minor erdtree might be weak for lore reasons, for it couldn’t heal the damage that had been done

I am sadly disappointed by the spells in the dlc. I was hoping for more. specifically for the sorceries and incantations that lacked spells. Like Aberrant and Clayman sorceries.
Love how the two thorns spells are on the top and bottom spots respectively

Watching this shit do so much damage reminds me how easy it would be to play the game back on new game 1. lol. New game 8 nothing hardly does much damage at all. They even nerfed the blasphemous blade which like many was my favorite weapon (dual wield).

23:42 I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned this but I thought I would throw in the comments. The main thing that I don’t like about the game is when you kill multiple enemies the souls or whatever you want to call them never stack up kill five enemies you will only get enough from one enemy
Can you rank all the Power Stances so I can feel justified when you put Straight Swords at the bottom because I'm power stancing Light Great Swords now and it feels like goddamn Dynasty Warriors beyblade.

dont know if you're aware but Pest Thread Spears is even better than u think, specifically against large bosses like dragons, bc it continuously hits them as it travels
Grav missile and blades of stone is an incredible combo I do it all the time and it does crazy stagger and insane damage even more with consecutive hit talasmans
I’ve killed a boss with elecrocharge alone it activated the rotten winged sword insignia
For electro charge be agressive man be very agressive because if you keep attacking electro charge isn’t supposed to land on cast its supposed to punish anyone for getting too close it’s the ultimate personal space incant

Here’s a secret with dragonbolt of Florissax put on the death knight armour I only have 2 pieces on but each piece gives you 2% dragon cult scaling on skills and incants so your 10 percent damage negation just became 14 then eat crab and use Erdtree blessing short term healing factor and 34% damage negation total if my math is correct

I feel like there are too many categories to deal with in Eldenring: Magic, Faith and Arcane. Do we really need that many non melee things? Going one route locks you out of other supernatural strengths although their playstyles are fairly similar (mostly ranged and mostly status).
