Josh McDaniels and the Las Vegas Raiders travelled to Tennessee to take on the Titans in search of their first win of the 2022 NFL season. It was a tale of two halves as the defense looked awful in the first half and allowed zero points in the second half. Davante Adams grabs another touchdown, Darren Waller dropped three touchdown passes and Keelan Cole dropped another as the Raiders fail to get Josh McDaniels his first win as Raiders head coach. Anyone miss Rich Bisaccia yet?
The Raiders 2022 schedule does not get any easier with AFC West foes Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs coming up the next two weeks.

  15. defense had a 2nd half shutout. we are in these games but it looks ugly. at this point , i don't have any expectations on this team except Ls. we are only 3 games in to an entirely new everything . i think we had too high expectations . or a reset of schemes have really f'd with us. I'm gonna say Waller was a fluke today like Renfrow was last week.

  16. We got Josh mc Daniels, and davante adams to fix our redzone issues and we throw it to kelean coke 🤣🤣 then those trick plays made me laugh so bad…. Haha like WTF? offensive line should’ve been addressed in the off season. Every one but mc Daniels knows we need a great OL for Carr to succeed.

  17. Something to consider:
    The Second Stringers on our offense and defenses went 4 and 0 in preseason. What’s happened in the the regular season? The first string players are playing and not the second string players.
    The first strings players all got paid and didn’t have to play any pre season games. Now they can go through the motions with the money already in the bank!

  19. BRANDON BOLDEN WAS WIDE OPEN ON THE 2 POINTS CONVERSION PLAY. BUT D.C. THREW TO DARREN WALLER & WALLER DIDN'T COME THROUGH WITH THE CATCH!!! GAME OVER!!! WE LOSE BY 2 POINTS!!! FUCK IT!!! ON TO WEEK 4# IN LAS VEGAS @ THE DEATH STAR. WE MUST SAVE OUR SEASON & START THAT BY PLAYING A COMPLETE GAME & BEATING THE DENVER BRONCOS. WE NEED TO BLOW THE BRONCOS OUT!!!   28. The Titans made the game about who controlled the Line of Scrimmage… the problem is aside from Maxx, the D Line SUCKS & the O Line is worse. Waller used to catch everything, now that he has a girlfriend, he's not focused, was in the wrong place on the would be TD for Adams and has dropped passes he used to catch. He has to catch those. Then he lets a FUQIN PASS GO RIGHT THROUGH HIS HANDS…??? WE'D BE BETTER OFF IF HE WAS STILL SINGLE. HOLDING OUT FROM PRACTICE TO GET A DEAL, MISSING TIME TO BE AT HIS GIRLFRIEND'S GAME…???

  29. I've never liked having to rely upon rookie OTs, seriously, think back over the last 30+ seasons when have our Raiders ever had a rookie OT, whether LT or RT that were immediately starters that were good enough to be reliable right out of the gate…???
    And worse, how many of those teams had winning seasons those years…???
    It pisses me off that after guys like Art Shell, Lincoln Kennedy, Khalif Barnes, Donald Penn, etc, to name a few, we've struggled to draft, develop and hold onto quality OTs… and then after hearing that we could've gotten Slater if we would have been able to move Miller to the right side. But we shouldn't have needed to draft him anyway considering that we drafted Parker, then paid Trent Brown a ridiculous amount of money, that considering the number of good games we got out of him, the per game payout is astronomical. For the total amount paid, we could have signed 4 or 5 really good defender along with an average OT and those teams would have been so much better than we were.
    I really hope that Munford and Parham quickly develop into elite Raider O Linemen that stay healthy and keep Carr and the Raiders Offense healthy and all playi at extremely high levels throughout their entire careers!!!

  30. I like McDaniels, he's made mistakes, but so has every player and coach. His offense is complicated. The O Line sucks, Waller is not playing like the highest paid TE in the league. He got in the way of Adams TD, dropped a deep pass as well as a TD pass that became an interception both of which the highest paid TE should/would catch and dropped TD passes and multiple passes in 3 straight games. Making me question his non-holding out/hold-out hanging out at his girlfriend's basketball game, all to be the highest paid player that looks distracted and unfocused on the football game he's playing… which at this point, I would take some of his girlfriend's teammates play over his. He has missed on blocks, badly, and although he has never been a great blocker, he needs to continue to work on it. Moreau has outplayed him and Moreau is still on his rookie contract. The defense played lights out in the second half, but needed to start the game and finish the game playing like that. Adams still wasn't getting the ball enough, but he's not separating from defenders when Carr has the chance to throw to him. Then there's the guy that I really liked Keelan Cole, but he dropped the game tying 2-point conversion that would have at least gave the defense a chance to send the game to overtime.
    And yet again, BULLSH¡T PENALTIES HURT US AT CRUCIAL POINTS IN THE GAME!!!
    To be fair, the defense was playing against a team trying to hold onto the lead in the second half. There were a lot of missed assignments in the game on both sides of the ball. This was the first trip East and the entire team played like it in the 1st half. The 2nd half O Line blocking was good and bad, but has to be more consistent. The team didn't look like a team with confidence, they didn't look like they had the will to win as a whole. Carr played phenomenally well, Maxx played great at times, but lost containment/focus at times, the fact that Chandler Jones looks slow and old is just depressing and disappointing AF, he's yet to have much of an impact at all!!! I am all for playing him on every 3rd or 4th 1st down and letting Koonce and Bowers play the rest of the time, because so far, we've paid Chandler Jones and Darren Waller 3/yr $51M each to SHIT THE BED… AND IF… IF THEY PLAYED UP TO THEIR CONTRACTS, WE'RE 3-0, NO DOUBT!!!
    Carr was ballin out all game, he had been under duress all game and showed his Athleticism, Toughness, Strong Arm and Will To WIN… He's starting to get McDaniels Offense and once the rest of the team does and and plays like they're capable, and the team plays like they're capable of performing, which is at a very high level and Andre James is back playing Center, Parham is at RG, Simpson gets his head out of his ARSE and plays like he's capable of, and Herron takes over at RT or Munford starts always playing with confidence and gets stronger and Miller vocally demands that they execute their assignments to their ability and trust one another, then the O Line will consistently provide running lanes, time for Carr to go through his progression and get the ball to the open receiver, that's when the Raiders Offense can, will and does carry the Raiders as a WINNING TEAM!!!
    Because the Raiders Defense will be chomping at the bit to play with a lead and primarily be rushing the passer, enabling them to rack up the sacks and force opposing QBs into making mistakes and/or being hit as they throw so that the Raiders DBs are able to catch wobbly, lame-duck, floating passes that become Takeaways for the Raiders Offense to convert and turn into Raiders Touchdowns!!! Forcing the opponents coaches to pull their starting players in surrender early to midway through in the 3rd or 4th quarters… we have to get healthy and play with more intensity, urgency, passion and will to win!!! Because that's what the greatest Raiders teams that were the legends of yesteryear did!!!
    I am not happy with the results of the Raiders first 3 games thus far, who could be…??? But it's important to see that this team has a lot of potential that can be quickly realized by reaching deep, demanding the best from themselves and each other and playing with the intensity, passion, urgency and Will to Win = for themselves, for each other, for their coaches, for their organization, for Mark Davis, for the Raiders Alumni and for Raider Nation as a Whole… it wouldn't shock me if the Raiders beat the next 5 opponents, lost 1, then won out the rest of the season!!! After all, that's the Raiders way… the question is how far will they go…??? And how much do they take before coming together as a team and demanding better from each other…???
    What changed last season was 2 players only meetings. 1 after Gruden, the other after the losing streak after the loss of Ruggs. Both had significant impacts on how much better the Raiders played. In those meetings, they aired their grievances and came together as a team. Yes, last season was unique and something that no team should have to endure, and if Ruggs didn't Fuqup so badly off the field, the season would have probably went completely different and possibly resulted in a Superbowl appearance, possibly Superbowl Victory, and quite frankly, Ruggs was that much of a game changer, but that's part of the issue that was fixed vs the Titans… STRETCHING THE DEFENSE WITH THE BOMB!!! And now that Hollins showed that he can stretch the defense, he has to be used more to do so!!! This will open up the underneath for Adams, Waller and Renfrow, as well as give Jacobs a lighter box. I want to see the Raiders take a look at OBJ once he's healthy, because if he still has the speed he had last season, then his playmaking ability adds a whole new gear to this Raiders Offense AND AS LONG AS THE O LINE DEVELOPS, THIS TEAM CAN BE SPECIAL!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
    But a lot has to happen first, and actually it has to start NOW!!!

  31. If Chandler Jones Played like he was/is paid to, then the Raiders Defense is not giving up as many points or as long of drives!!!
    And combined with…
    If Waller CAUGHT the PASSES that the HIGHEST PAID TE CATCHES, THEN WE ARE 3-0.
    That's what is expected from 2 players that received 3yr/$51M contracts each…

  32. Gotta hand it to Carr, he played a heck of a game. He was under pressure from the Titans front 4 all game long and he scrambled, made great throws, ran for 1st downs after looking to pass first and had hit receivers in the hands time and time again. Unfortunately, the highest paid TE in the league that should catch everything thrown to him, had dropped at least 1 TD pass in every game!!! AND a few deep passes in every game and ran the wrong route tipping Adams TD pass away that Waller should have caught also!!! That's 14 points!!! That's a tied game going into half!!! AND I think the only mistake that Carr made was not throwing the 2 point conversion to Mac Hollins!!! Hollins had a phenomenal game and reminds me of what Nelly and Zay Jones became after working with Carr. Let's hope that Hollins becomes even better and actually stays with the Raiders as a playmaker in the vertical passing game!!! He's a 6'4" long strider that covers ground quickly and has the height advantage, long arm advantage and is able to out jump DBs!!! So far, in the last 2 games, he's been our best receiver… Adams has to be schemed off of him to create natural rub routes for Adams to work off of!!! That's something that McDaniels has to recognize and make happen!!! It's time to get more creative!!! AND Carr has to be given the time to get the ball down field!!! But 1 thing is for certain, y'all need to get off of Carr's case!!! Give the man the respect that he's earned!!!
    Hopefully, James is back at Center tomorrow, and Perryman and Moerihg are back on defense… we need them. Averette probably won't be back for a couple of weeks, but we need him too. And hopefully Hobbs is okay and able to get back to being the player he is capable of being!!!
    This team should be 2-1, or at least 1-2, but if Waller and Chandler performed like they are being paid, we'd be 3-0. So, don't give up on this Raiders team. There's still time to turn things around and win enough games to win the division or at least win enough to earn a wildcard spot. That would make this disappointing start a lot less of an issue.
    It's time for a team/players only meeting.
    I hope that they take ownership of the team the way they did last season. They're going to have to.

  33. I don't see how receivers dropping passes is Carr's fault. Ultimately, he and Hollins were the reasons why they had a chance to win. I can see there was 1 mistake he made, and that was not throwing the ball to Hollins on the 2 point conversion.

  34. We drove to the redzone multiple times, and only scored 2 touchdowns. The problem came down to finishing with touchdowns… if Waller THE HIGHEST PAID TE WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THOSE PASSES, WE WOULD HAVE WON THE GAME!!!

I’m not to fond of Waller’s lackadaisical play, and it’s not just this week.. he wasn’t blocking last week and cares more about his mixtapes than the Raiders.. just another dude getting paid and mailing it in.. I watch tape and I can’t put my finger on what’s happening but it seems more of a collective let down! I’m not jumping ship but I’m also not drinking the silver and black koolaid! RN4L

I think we can all agreed collectively we have looked bad, but for all the "It's Carr's fault"….with as poorly as some of you think he's played (imo only week 1) he's on pace to throw for over 4800 yds and 35 TDs with as "poorly" as he's played. To put it in perspective only 4 QBs (Brady, Herbert, Stafford, Mahomes) threw for more yards last year and only 7 (Brady, Herbert, Stafford, Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, Prescott) with more than 35 TDs. But he's the problem and the sole problem to a lot of raider nation 🤔
