I want Harbaugh. Pierce is the consumate Raider but if we stick with Pierce the the divisions will Payton, Reid, and Harbaugh in LAC while we'll have a noob coach. Even if they do good and find an O coordinator any team could come and snag him the year after. While you don't get that possible loss with a coach that is also the o coordinator.

I think AP is gonna be Giants Defensive Coordinator. Davis is still a Davis and if he can get an all-star coach then he will, Harbough will be Raiders HC if he leaves Michigan. If not AP will be HC.
