  1. I agree!!! People stop wit this Patriot Way crap!!! It's stupid… It's FALLACY!!!! If anything it's The Commitment to Excellence way. The Raider way. If a staff member leaves Mickey D's to work at Burger King. Said staff member is only bringing work ethic. BOOM!!!!

  2. I don't know what else people expect from the new regime. They're got a plan to win now, not 3-5 years from now; they're working on it together; they're bringing in high-quality players; they gave the QB a deal that's pretty fair to both him and the organization. The players are talking about buying in and building on last year's accomplishments.
What the hell more do people want?
We'll see how the locker room gels over the summer and next season. And we'll see how the players perform and how the play-calling goes during the season. Until then, some of these hand-wringing fans need to just relax and stop being so damn paranoid. The pieces are in place, just let them get to work.

  3. I would like to see Gilmore sign, Mullin hasn't stayed healthy. I don't really think we need Mathieu, Give Gillespie the playing time let him develop next to Moehrig.

  4. It’s hasn’t been anything like the patriot way in my eyes from coach McDaniels. More talkative and respectful. From the GM though he’s been making some very smart contracts and trades kind of like the patriots. Opinion

  5. Considering how important Henry Ruggs was to the offense and the role of the receiver in opening up the offense it's hard to believe receivers are not that important. Dak Prescott is a different QB when Amari Cooper is playing well. Cooper Kupp was SB MVP.

  6. The KEY WORD: PROFESSIONALISM,!!!
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE "EXPLAIN TO ME, WHY WAS "HENRY RUGGS 3,
OUT THERE "DRINKING AT 3;00 AM, WITH PRACTICE STARTING AROUND 9:00 AM ?
I TRULY HOPE THIS REGIME WILL SHOW THEIR 'PROFESSIONALISM BY NOT ALLOWING OUR PLAYERS FROM DOING, THOSE ACTIVITIES, IF THEY HAVE A"SAY SO!!!

    PS 'THAT STILL HURTS
FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPEN THAT "TRAGIC MORNING. ☠️☠️☠️

  7. Divine Diablo opened up my eyes last year after calling out players on his own team! JM and DZ are moving in a different direction and I fully support building from within. We’ve all seen what happened with over the hill free agents and paycheck collectors..

  8. So what I read from this is…

There will be a comparison from an X and O perspective….

But when it comes to the personality and moral of the team….

    That swag will be different.

It's going to be Silver and Black not Patriot. I get it.

  9. Coach Gruden's 10 year deal was Marc Davis trying to create the "Patriots way". Long term stability with a good smart coach at the helm. Davis doesn't want just a SB ring. He wants a dynasty. So we all know about Gruden's unexpected demise but the quest for dynasty continues by other means. The Patriot way but not the Patriot blue print.

  10. The patriot way? 911, an open policy of the nfl to elevate them for political purposes(Pentagon was paying the nfl for "patriotism). The rules were applied differently to them and in some cases vague obscure rules were used to help them(snow bowl much). Raiders "culture" has had many problems over the years. Sometimes these are corrected by players, Rich Gannon taking away the video games and pool balls comes to mind. It's always been very liberal but some players took that as respect and retuned the favor on game day whilst others saw that as an open door to do whatever they wanted. The raiders used to really get their asses kicked physically during some spans. The lack of discipline really hurt them. Marty ball? He knew that by the 4th quarter the d line would tank and fold under pressure. I think the Raiders have someone in Carr that makes McDaniels job a whole lot easier. Carr just never changes, personality wise. He is a constant and players like that. They have their work cut out with the area having so many pitfalls. Beside games being fixed for the patriots, SE MA is significantly less exciting compared with LV.

  11. Look let’s stop saying this mindset & teaching is the “ Patriot way “ I like your videos Sanji but you say you played football so you @ some point heard this teaching is you played for a decent coach .. I personally heard this teaching all the way from Pop Warner through college,, Doing things the right way & having integrity & putting in the work is something that is commonly preached .. although the level of commitment varies it is definitely taught .. this teaching is not “ the Patriot way “ it’s just a good thing to teach young people/ all people that is good recipe for success. 12. You got everyone in the big media saying no one knows if this raiders team will be any good because of the o line my question to everyone is why are we waiting to see if the o line will hold up what happens if it doesn't you mean to tell me theirs next year and waste the talent you have on this team because you want to wait and see maybe this is josh mcdaniels way of knowing that it probably won't work and no matter what carr is on a prove it deal regardless of his contract and if he doesn't perform well its still gonna be on carr that's a guarantee because i don't care who your o line coach is we know what the right side of the o line is and its not good and for LEATHERWOOD to be very good on that side for 17 games not gonna happen plus just take into account that injuries are very forthcoming for the raiders so why are the raiders always half assing, its like anyone who comes to this organization become just a little dumber then where they originally came from… The RT is so obvious that we all talk about it all day and it will come to fruition..and not to mention we still need a better CB then Mullen and a great LB we are still not good enough to beat the bills rams and teams like that so whats the point.

  13. I was upset when we first announced we were hiring McDaniels and ziegler. But now I feel like they are doing everything right. Great signings, saying the right things. I'm stoked for next season

  14. I call them the Raid-riots. But I love what's happening. This is the most exciting offseason of Raiders football I've ever witnessed in my 50 years on this rock. This might be, top to bottom, the most talented squad we've ever assembled. With any improvement on the offensive line, we could actually run away with the division this year. I think being AFC champions is within reach. RN4L! 🏴‍☠️☠🏴‍☠️
