At this point. I believe the new MacZeig makes the right decisions or they don't going forward. My thing now is ANY MAN ON THAT STARTING ROSTER on opening Raiders day….you do your job! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU! Dang team will have far less problems and you could just win the whole lot if you do that play after play, game after game.

I just want to say, most teams that win the Superbowl are light on one side of the ball or the other. They are also usually a couple pieces short of what they want to be or should be. It's time for the Raiders to just go get it done. Teams win or lose together. Might sound obvious but it's ALWAYS the only consistent truth about football.

I believe this new regine is doing pretty well at getting this team to the point that we can be Super Bowl contenders. As long as they address that O line man! It scares me a little that they're just going to try and coach up the guys we have. I'll feel better if we add a Dawg to that line, I think that's the missing piece we need the most. People need to give respect to all the players that keep showing up early to practice and they don't even need to be there. That shows they are hard workers and do not feel entitled to have a spot on the field. Shows leadership and teamwork

Still have a 28th ranked line, 27th ranked running game, 25th ranked defense that was last in takeaways and red zone. There’s still a lot of improving and no picks in the first 2 rounds to help. Don’t be thinking super bowl or anything. Divisional round is doable
The biggest problem with Derek Carr is he does NOT play to WIN, He just plays well, And that does not fit the just win baby model that Al Davis designed for the Raiders !
People forget Denzelle Good is coming back and (I know, I know…) so is Incognito. IF Incognito can play and they decide to keep him around then left guard is settled.
If Good can return to form, then he will be a great addition to right guard and the Leatherwood experience can return to right tackle.

The Raiders OL down the stretch last season got the job done, so why would we expect anything less when they have Good coming back, and James and Leatherwood going into their second season having learned what it takes? I'm not sure why so many people are gnashing their teeth over this? They'll be fine.
This front office actually gets it. I watch teams who are successful and how they do and if you look closely it’s weapons everywhere around a QB, a good Oline, and the edge is good and defense is at least solid. That’s it. Every year it’s Carr this Carr that but the same people will say Jon won a super bowl with Tony team. 🤔🤔🤔 or so many other similar comments. If Pat can come to a team with Hill and Travis and EVERYTHING on the team, then it should be he won with Alex Smith team. Logically then get Carr a team and stop expecting the QB to win games with literally middle school talent team.
You can not and will never see a war won with one side ammunition is superior to yours, ask the Ukraine they needed help correct, so how is Carr supposed to do with a pop gun at high noon. Now the sheriff so to speak can fight fire with Fire. It’s that simple. I hear the dumbest things from Raider fans and channels that don’t make sense to me.
