To all those wanting Gruden back? Why?Over two decades ago he had a 40-28 record with Raiders but we also had six hall of famers on that team such as Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, Charles Woodson and so on. That team would’ve won without a coach. He went on to Tampa won a Super Bowl with Tony Dungy’s players and then proceeded to be fired from there. He came back to Raiders for the 2nd stint traded away Mack (who is in playoffs again this year) did the Antonio Brown distraction and was 22-31 his 2nd stint. So what is your factual justification for wanting Gruden back as a head coach?
"The Patriot way" ship has sailed. Belichick couldn't rebuild after his core players left and it became unappealing to free agents. I'm afraid that the Raiders are going to draft like the Broncos did under John Elway. Telesco's biggest sin is giving Minshew money that could have been given to Jacobs, which likely triggered Adams to want out.

Telesco’s biggest mistake last year was failing to draft a quarterback. Yes, he got Brock Bowers, but the Raiders didn’t NEED Brock Bowers. They needed a quarterback. And he was content to sit on his pick while watching the most talented qb class in a few years slip away from him. Added to that, the Raiders had Kliff Kingsbury in the building but had to settle for Luke Getsy because Telesco refused to offer Kingsbury ONE MORE YEAR on his contract. For as many wins as Telesco had in his career, he’s had many and more critical failures that defined his legacy with both the Chargers and Raiders.
Raiders are a clown show. No continuity at any point since Al Davis passed away.
