I think McD needs to go, now. He is neither a good HC, nor is he a good OC. A good OC would game plan better, call better plays, and be able to get the box un-stacked. McD hasn’t done any of that. I don’t care that the league, media, or whoever consider McD an offensive genius/guru, the on-field results disprove that.
As for who replaces McD, it should be Dan Quinn. He actually built a team from pretty much the ground up into a Super Bowl contender. I don’t think Jim Harbaugh can do that, and I don’t think he wants to leave Michigan State.
Dan Quinn he should be the next head coach , he built the falcons from the ground and took them to the superbowl .he knows how to put together an elite staff.
I like what baldy said, you gotta build a foundation. Get your qb, build around him. We've wasted so many years of draft picks.
The Raiders will be 5-12 for 2023.

Only thing I worry about is the GM thing with Harbaugh. I think he would want a LOT of decision making power – and that means, Harbaugh is Gruden all over again. But yeah, Harbaugh would be that pick .. I just worry about that franchise QB thing .. Harbaugh remade Alex Smith. So that tells me, he is there to get a stop gap retread QB again, if we cant get a franchise QB ..and that is what the Raiders need.
