  1. Wow, he cut the other car off, then brake checked him, and then fired a gun at him and yet he wasn't charged with anything. This is our judicial system in America. Completely broken just the way our government wants it to be.

I'm all for our 2nd Amendment rights. But some people need their gun rights taken away. This guy has proven he doesn't deserve to have gun rights. He initiated the conflict.

  2. so let me get this straight… our guy cuts the other guy off, brake checks him seconds later and then shoots at him the second they are next to each other.. and his case status gets dismissed for "mishandling" a fire arm.. his lawyer must by Saul Goodman or something because i just dont get it

  3. First of all… He did cut him off. Second he had his gun out before the water bottle was thrown, he was prepared to shot anyway. Dude with the gun is so in the wrong. He deserves to have his gun license to be taken away 100%. He got angry cause the dude couldve rear ended him so he decided to ruin his windshield…. Yeah that makes perfect sense

  4. First thing a gunshot would be way louder than the sound of a water bottle impacting the side of a vehicle secondly when you're firing in self-defense your objective is to stop the threat not fire indiscriminately into traffic thank God no other motorists or children passengers were injured these are the kinds of people I'm talking about when I say some people shouldn't even be allowed to own a gun
