Skytrans Airlines CEO Alan Milne says his airline will be modifying a Beechcraft 1900D aircraft by taking out its fossil-fuel-powered engine and replacing it with an electric motor powered by a hydrogen fuel cell.
“The only emissions coming out that exhaust pipe will be water vapour,” he told Sky News Australia.
