  1. This is one of my favourite Queen tracks. I read it was Deaky's favourite to play in concert. Brian broke a string and had to swap out the Red Special for a bit. Love it when Freddie sings to Roger. The whole band is killing it. The Milton Keynes concert is definitely one of the best.

  2. Milton keynes' dragon attack is legendary. You see brian breaking a string, and both Freddie and John recognise this, and John he immediately playes the bass solo, perfectly and effortlessly. They normally don't play the bass solo, and this is one of only 2 times they ever played the bass solo live, and it's even more impressive once you know that, since john played it perfectly all from memory, without any rehearsal for the bass solo.

  3. Love this so much. the old 'Brian breaks a string' set. 🙂 However, based on the commentary, was the "Now I'm Here" ending really such a huge surprise to anyone? I thought this part of how Queen had done the set. This part opened with "Now I'm Here", and for me the segue was into "Dragon Attack", then it flowed back into "Now I'm Here" to finish.

  4. I hope in the upcoming videos we’ll get some never before seen material, rather than just watching mere replays of live footage we’ve all already seen 😉

  6. The first album I ever bought myself was NEWS OF THE WORLD in 1977. I was seven. The same year I started playing guitar.
46 years later and I love these guys more than ever: this clip is a perfect example why– no one ever sounded like QUEEN and no one ever will! They were great on record and extraordinary live!
