So many things I could say of how disgusted I am of this park. But as a water park alone, it looks crazy, theme is bizarre and controversial.
I can kinda understand the theme. Just think of it as an oil refinery complex repurposed into a water park.

That park will be bankrupt within five years. Even if they had made the World Cup games, that wouldn’t have lasted long anyway. The park needs to sustain itself without a major event. I think only the locals will visit regularly, and that won’t be nearly enough.

I dream of a future where oil and other fossil fuels are nothing more than this: a tacky theme park attraction with dark ride scenes detailing days gone bye. Sorta like the way the gold rush is treated in America now.
