Special Military Operation can be understood as a sort of limited punitive action, while Zelensky regime has been and will be committed to total war. Bombarding civilian residences and population, and sabotaging civil infrastructures such as bridges is testament to their "end justifies means" approach. Cutting off electricity at all is not particularly tasteful, but it is the ruthless reality of a total war.

Jackson if you want to have credibility talking about clean energy issues I would suggest that you don't quote Michael Moore. His documentary had a lot of incorrect infotmation and that's not surprising given his "expert" was an executive in a business that sold gas guzzling experts and failed to mention the cost of externalities not added to the cost of using fossil fuels. The USA has lots of fake data supplied as propaganda by big fossil fuel companies like the Koch Bros.
