Here it is, the biggest, dumbest thing I’ve ever made. Was it wise to unleash this level of mayhem and put it all into one video? Probably not.
What are the rules? Simple. You must run up to your target, blast them in the face in front of everyone with a loud weapon, then run. All successful runs are added up to come up with a final time.

You were playing on professional mode, not master mode. When you started playing the hitman one "freeform training" and onward, you can see the difficulty by the number of skulls present in the display in the bottom left corner where the mini map is. 2 is professional and 3 is master

Mooney, I think you missed couple of missions. There a some special assignments or whatever they were called. The one in Miami with AJ Kirsch (I think that was the name of the target) and the one in Whittleton Creek and in Colombia (?). Still enjoyed this one 👍
There are many targets I despise, most for the fact their missions suck, but some I hate because of them as a character.

I love, that like many of the Hitman community, that the Tablet Elusive Target in Marakesh has traumatized us so incredibly deeply. In Mooney's case it has rewritten in his mind what the original missions goals were. For what it's worth Mooney! You did kill the right girl. Just on the wrong Hit 😛

"i really don't like mumbai because of this target" bigmooney, let me relieve you once and for all of the annoyance that is the mealstrom.
If you're in the back of map, meaning across the map from default spawn. there is ladder that you can shoot down, in the area with all the containers and trash and all, its on the stone buildings. Climb it, up there, close to where you get of the ladder is a small table, with a glass that can be poisoned (maybe its two glasses, in that case you can trial and error which glass it is, its been some time for me). that glass is meant for the mealstrom.
After you poisoned it, Enter the closest building, get up to the roof, and raise the flag, careful for the two potential enforcers).
That flag will summon the mealstrom to meet with a woman at the table where you just poisoned the glass, and he will drink it.
It doesnt matter which npc the mealstrom is, or if you even identified him, he is the one who will get to that glass if you raise the flag.
Remember this and you never have to worry about the mealstrom again.
This can be done within a few minutes, the fishing boat is the closest spawnpoint.
