If turn on photo mode and use cover filter while underground you can find all brokers and wonders.
UCP makes things so much better. especially if you get Nano tech then its perma resources

There is a mod "RC Dozer Auto Clear Rubble" that is really good in clearing the undeground.
In my mod "Mars Underground" you can activate a rule for 4 underground wonders.
