  2. I have tried to walk from the MRT station to this project recently. I felt not safe, maybe due to the surrounding ambient and poor walkway condition despite it was just a short walk.

  3. To me, the hot weather is a small issue for me as a retiree. If you are from a cold country that small walk under the sun is such a pleasure. Moreover, one can use an umbrella. I have walked to the LRT/MRT stations before, so this is a nothing burger. Thanks for the video and all the honest personal comments.
