Hey folks, welcome back to the channel! We hope all of you enjoy this video about how much better the rig does in the snow; now that we have installed the TORQ Locker locking front differential by @TorqMastersIndustries part number: TL-HP500. Yes, the 520 did alright in the snow with just the Camso X4s by @camsopowersports but it left a lot to be desired, especially once the snow accumulations start to stack up to and beyond 1-2 feet. Trail grooming now is night and day, and the confidence in driving in the deep stuff now is just great. Safe to say, the only limiting factor now would be the ground clearance. But we’re talking mega snowfalls at that point, like 3 feet of fresh stuff where the rig would be plowing snow up over the hood.
For this show, unfortunately last winter’s snow left us way early. And I mean way, way early. We filmed most of the footage at that time and had it all edited up for you, but in the last few weeks currently of this winter season, we’ve had the snow seriously stacking up around here, so we added some fresh B-roll video, which really shows off the 520 in all its new found traction glory. The 520 is now fully enlosed by the way, albeit-without a heater, and does it ever make trail grooming that much more of a joy, especially with the TORQ Locker making the 520 a true 4WD SXS now. I should add, with a little love from the @SuperATVMedia electric power steering kit!

Nice video. It sure is an awesome machine you have on display. Do you have some sort of heating inside. Someday, I would like to purchase one, and what year is your bike. Thanks
Been thinking of getting tracks for my rancher,I would mainly use it on hard pack snow. Thanks
Nice to have a locker on 520, the 700 has it…
Are tracks good for mud?
