I’m happy for her having the support to take such a lengthy recovery time. I had surgery on the Thursday and was back at work the following Monday despite being advised to take 6 wks off. We just were not in a position to do that. I was extremely careful in my daily activities and have no lasting ill effects but I do wish I’d had to time to recover properly.
