  1. "Can you imagine being in the Japanese Navy? The government refuses to give up. You keep building ships that as soon as they are built are immediately sunk…." Actually, it sounds kind of familiar. 🙂 As for the T Class, you were so unhappy with them, why didn't you just make them bigger?

  2. I must say the AI designs are much better. Yeah they are using krupp 3 but at least its not harvey or krupp 1 in 1940s. they are lacking in the asthetics department which is understandable for they are computers NOT humans so have some mercy BM. 5 yamatos vs italian bismarks IS NOT going to end well for the navy. wait until you bring the super yamatos with 20 in guns to the mix. instead of having white pants for the italian navy, they would need to provide them with plenty of bags to clean the very liquidity brown stuff.

  3. 1:09 From what I've read on the Steam forums ships that are under construction contribute to satisfying army logistics. So those 57 ship that Japan is building is supplying their army lol.

Soon after sinking more battlecruisers, the Japanese finally decided to surrender. We did receive a lot of money from the Japanese despite not acquiring northeastern Korea. Speaking of Korea, the Koreans decided to betray the Japanese and ally themselves with the Americans. This resulted in the Japanese invading Korea which greatly angered the Americans, the French, and the British. After the Italians decided to go to war against us, the French have decided to ask us in fighting the Japanese again. Of course we agreed to help them because we have unfinished business in northeastern Korea. After sinking another Japanese warship, we finally got to see HMS Lion and her sisters out on the hunt as they have encountered a large Italian fleet. Despite sporting accurate 15" guns, their thin armor made them very susceptible to 18" HE rounds resulting in a decisive victory for the Mediterranean Fleet.
Join us next time as we continue to deplete the Italian Navy.

  5. Nice to see you enjoyed the Lion outing 😀 hope you get to use your Vanguards soon. Little underwhelmed with mine even with Mk 5 20s, they just take so long to shoot that the 16" guys get all the shells in…

I think I'm about where you are in campaign time – I've had my 18" lot ( and 20.4" ) around a bit – I've been shooting capped HE with them almost entirely, coz my lot seem to have quite thick decks – seeing 6 figure damage never gets old lol. I didn't bother building specialised frigates ( I think two nations have subs now ), just been refitting older destroyers with one of the middling depthcharge options. They regularily get yanked into combat even if I leave them out at sea, so they need to be able to fight still.

SuperBCs are rubbish. Last time I played all the way to the end ( 1.10 days? ) they weren't this bad, but them weaving around everywhere just means they can't hit anything, I'd rather have built more of the ancient Hood-type. Destroyers weaving around & changing positions in their squadron has actually started getting them killed, some of these game issues are killing my motivation – maybe I should stop at 1940 next time.
