  1. Its a poor squad of players he has to work with,
He will need time and money and has to be ruthless, there are a lot of duds to be cleared out out. He also has to give some of the younger players a chance or we will lose them. Its huge very difficult job.

  2. Very impressive. I liked how he held himself in this interview. I for one look forward to seeing what he can do . From that he has got my backing . But I liked how he said everyone starts with a white page .

  4. When he replied to that question regarding whether or not he has to win anything this season with the line .." I told you already , I want to win everything "….loved that , no nonsense merchant

  5. We have now got a manager so its time to turn the heat up on the board and let them know this guy has to be backed in the transfer market, if theres not serious money to invest in january and the summer then forget it the game will be up

  6. I'm liking what i'm hearing, likes attacking football, will give youth a chance, everyone has a clean slate, keeps things fairly close to himself, he's got a plan and here's hoping it works, good luck Philippe, WATP 🇬🇧🇧🇪

  9. We had a guy a guy that could talk the talk but not the walk. Let this guy get reporting and let’s get behind him. Let’s not tar every manager with the same brush because he knows what’s he’s talking abt 💙

  10. As DJ once said – Always try to win the next game and you’ll not be far away come the end of the season. Love the attitude and he sounds like what we need but patience is 100% necessary. No turning on him after a few months.

Very disappointed that Bennet & Bisgrove has given an unemployed manager who couldn’t handle Monaco a 4 year deal.

He will not be able to handle the goalfish bowl of Glasgow football that is for certain.

Wish him all the best but if he doesn’t win the league cup in December, then I think his days will be numbered.

  12. I’m happy with the appointment and optimistic about his skill set. He does however have a big issue to overcome initially and that is the quality of the recruitment in the summer. We are short of pace and quality in crucial areas of the squad and he is stuck with some players that are no where near good enough. I believe the Board know this but are confident in Phillipes abilities to navigate that accordingly and to successfully change that in the long term.

  13. The gaffer spoke well, however would have prefered more questions from the fans being asked by the media, clearly our board are not invested in the fans, our great club is a buisness, this needs to change

  14. I hope he gets this teams heads on the pitch cos you know that mob are laughing at us and I’ve no teeth left on a better note our new manager was offered more money to go to Saudi and said it’s more important than that so hopefully we can get back to where we should be not where we are another hope is that the new manager doesn’t see the team as a project that he can leave if it doesn’t work out in the first few months cos he knows he has a garantee job in a warmer climate
