• Satan is an enemy disuniting – Promotes separation from Allah’s Oneness

7, 22 Their Lord called out to them both (-Adam and Eve) saying, “Did I not forbid you from (approaching) that tree, and tell you that satan is to you an enemy disuniting?”

12, 4-5 (Remember the time) when Joseph said to his father, “My dear father! I have seen (in a vision) eleven stars and the sun and the moon. I saw them falling down prostrate (before God) because of me.”

5 He said. “My dear son! Relate not your vision to your brothers lest they should intrigue against you, for satan is to a human being an enemy disuniting.”

• Oneness of Allah – Omnipresent – Allah promotes unity

37, 4 Verily, your God is One.

57, 3 He is the very First, and Last

2, 186 And when My servants ask you concerning Me (tell them), I am nearby indeed,

24, 35 Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.

50, 16 We are nearer to him than even (his) jugular vein.

57, 4 He (Allah) is with you wherever you may be.

72, 12 And we have come to know for certain that we can never frustrate the purpose of Allah in the earth, nor can we escape Him by flight (in any direction).

Abdullah ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If one of you is in prayer, let him not spit in front of himself, for Allah is in front of him as he prays.”

• It is unjust to severe ties with Allah

32, 22 And who is more unjust than the person who is reminded through the Messages of his Lord; yet he turns away from them? We will surely punish such of those who have severed their ties (with God).

• Should you obey the majority of those on earth, they would lead you astray

6, 116 Should you obey the majority of those on earth, they would lead you astray from Allah’s way. They follow nothing but mere surmise and they do nothing but make conjectures.

• Make trusts over the affairs of the state to those who are competent

4, 58 Surely, Allah commands you to make over the trusts (such as the affairs of the state) to those who are competent to it, and that when you judge between the people you should judge with justice. That which Allah exhorts you to do is best indeed. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.

• Allah’s servants with the right capacity to rule shall inherit the land

21, 105 We have already stated in the (Psalms – the Book of David) that My servants with the right capacity (to rule) shall inherit the land.

The Prophet (S) said: “The Mahdi will appear in my Ummah. He will rule for a minimum of 7 or a maximum of 9 years; at that time, my Ummah will experience a bountiful favour like never before. It shall have a great abundance of food, of which it need not save anything, and the wealth at that time is in great quantities, such that if a man asks the Mahdi to give him some, and the Mahdi (as) will say: Here! Take!”

• Obey Allah and His Messenger and those who are in authority among you to decide your affairs

4, 59 O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey (His) Messenger and those who are in authority among you (to decide your affairs). And should you differ among yourselves in anything, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (and judge according to their teachings), if indeed you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is (in your) best (interest) and most commendable in the long run.

• All those that are in the heavens and on the earth submit to Allah alone

13, 15 All those that are in the heavens and on the earth submit to Allah alone; whether they choose to obey willingly or not, and likewise do their shadows, in the mornings and evenings, (and they are all subject to the divine law.

• Unlawful to decree a law contrary to the law Allah has sanctioned

42, 21 Do these (disbelievers) have such associate partners (with Allah) who have decreed a law which is contrary to (the law) Allah has sanctioned? Had We not given (Our) verdict (about the respited time) of (the final) judgment, the orders (of destruction) would have long been passed between them. Indeed, there awaits the wrongdoers a woeful punishment.
