  1. This is so blown out of proportion. I'm in Southern California and so far it's rain and no wind. And they say is half over….it also did partly cloudy tomorrow with no rain….. seriously

  2. Our biggest concern in the high destert is always flash flooding. With the steady rain we already have accumulation thats not absorbing. Good thing we are prepared here. I think once it really starts raining our problems will start. Stay safe everyone

  3. I live in Riverside and the storm wasn't as bad as the media made it seem like. There was some rain early in the morning but there was no flooding, closed roads, or extreme winds

  4. If I could afford a round-trip airline ticket and hotel stay, I'd fly down to California and help out with anything that I am able to, including the cleanup.

  5. This is just not true. Hurricane Ramon in 1987, The Great Storm of β€˜88, two hurricanes in β€˜89, and another 1n 1990: all created great and memorable surfing throughout the late β€˜80s. I moved away from Cali in β€˜92 but anyone who has been surfing the WC for that length of time would recall those major tropical storms, and possibly many more since I’ve been away.

  6. Hurricane Hillary is like an after the fact preview of what her presidency would have been like! So Sorry, but I’ll just stick with the weather like Joe Brandon!
