I don't want a Major Tornado Outbreak for West Plains, Missouri on Wednesday because West Plains, Missouri doesn't get significant tornadoes at all and West Plains, MIssouri is on the edge of the Enhanced Risk and the worst of it would be in the Southern States but not in West Plains, Missouri!
Also like the confidence scale
