I mean the cop should have helped them. But also a medical emergency doesn’t permit you to drive recklessly (if that’s what they were doing). If you drive crazy because you’re in a hurry for any reason you’re putting others in danger. You emergency doesn’t merit possibly hurting others. If it’s a medical emergency then call for an ambulance and use the proper means.
