So her father must have seen who did it or recognized the car in order for them to know it's "not random". Heart wrenching for her father to watch his daughter and unborn grandchild be killed right next to him. If the police aren't revealing the make/model of the shooters vehicle then I think they know exactly who did it. How can the public at large help with such little info? Only the person who did it and her family seem to know. Any CCT footage available with the vehicle? My thoughts go out to her family and loved ones.
