Rule the Waves 3 will let you design and build the ships of your navy, and lead them into battle when war erupts.

Grand admiral, if I may. I would like to request a ship rename. My sailors are not very happy with working on the vizcaya, and have formally request I ask for the ship to be renamed the arquitens. While I have no problem with my ship, I feel that my crew would work better with the morale of working on a ship they named.

It is kinda werid seeing a ship named after king Francisco de Asís, renowned homosexual. May send a werid message about the Navy.
